I've just got wind of TimeXtender and have seen a demo.

We were shown the full lifecycle of data integration including

There are a myriad of connectors available, looking forward to testing it out with Azure cloud and Azure Data Factory across to SQL Managed Instance.

One thing that stood out for me was the way you have visibility of the data flow in the form of trackback diagrams, impact analysis and full documentation generated as PDFs.

I also liked the way you can 'automatically' merge two entities together. For example, customers tables from two systems.

Certainly need more experience of using it, but from what I have seen and what I have used it on, it looks like a robust and useful tool.

It currently sits on Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud and is soon to be deployable on Google Cloud Platform.
